Keeping ahead of the curve and developing a thought leadership profile in the industry. Establishing and living processes to maintain and improve quality, innovation and ideas sharing with our customers, our partners and our team. Ideally degree qualified the skills & experience you'll need: A working knowledge of the cloud computing concepts as well as solid experience working with other CRM software Knowledge and/or experience of Salesforce.com and associated applications Experience with CRM software such as MS Dynamics, Siebel, MS CRM, Vantage, Clarify etc Consulting with customers to achieve solutions A proven history in delivering customer projects The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to business users. To understand business requirements and determine delivery time frames. Business analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise. Ability to effectively prioritise and escalate customer concerns and opportunities. Clear, concise, high quality written and verbal communication skills.
