As a Recruitment Consultant within the North West Melbourne team, based on Melbourne's Bourke Street, you will have responsibility for managing a temporary desk that services the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne - well recognised names with strong business reputations.

Your days will be varied and fast paced and your duties will range from:
  • Writing advertisements
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Interviewing
  • Placing jobs
  • Follow up candidate/client care, and
  • Weekly KPI's including new business development: marketing calls and client visits

    These roles require people with a real drive to be successful and the insight to recognise opportunity and potential. Previous recruitment experience and the ability to work towards KPI's and targets are ideal, but if you don't have the previous experience we are still keen to hear from you. We have a proven track record in training and developing our own successful consultants.
