As a Recruitment Consultant within the North West Melbourne team, based on Melbourne's Bourke Street, you will have responsibility for managing a temporary desk that services the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne - well recognised names with strong business reputations.
Your days will be varied and fast paced and your duties will range from:
Writing advertisements Phone screening candidates Interviewing Placing jobs Follow up candidate/client care, and Weekly KPI's including new business development: marketing calls and client visits

These roles require people with a real drive to be successful and the insight to recognise opportunity and potential.
