In this role you will have the opportunity to grow your current team and build on existing key accounts whilst also utilising your current contacts within the Newcastle community to develop new business opportunities whilst efficiently presenting the companies total service offering. The role is diverse and you will be working autonomously to ensure the success of the team and will be rewarded with an attractive bonus scheme.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience developing and managing high performance teams within the blue collar sector and effective management of the day-to-day operational activities whilst ensuring revenue growth and profitability in their location.
