Due to ongoing steady growth, there is currently an opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Officer to join the resourcing team based in the Brisbane office. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will work alongside a team of professionals, supporting the Senior Recruiter in the recruitment process for your designated business units. You will enjoy a strong relationship focus through establishing partnerships both internally with line, and with a variety of external partners. Your strong influencing skills will guarantee that you are included in key business discussions in relation to on boarding, and your excellent organisational skills will ensure that you are able to deliver first-rate recruitment to key stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of four years' experience within an internal recruitment position. You will be pragmatic, results orientated and driven with strong networks in the engineering and technical space. Your tenacious, vibrant and original style will ensure a smooth transition into the team.
