ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Recruitment Consultant at Your Network, your responsibilities will include;

• New Business Development B2B via the Phone & Face to Face visits (Canvas Calls)
• Uncovering New Positions and Opportunities as well as Account Managing & Strengthening relationships
• Advertising Current Positions via Internet Mediums
• Phone Screening, Shortlisting, Qualifying & Interviewing Potential Candidates
• Reverse Marketing Active Candidates
• Conducting Executive Search Activities
• Confirming Interviews, Preparing Candidates and Managing the Follow Up & Feedback Process
• Managing the Salary Negotiation Process
• Fulfilling Steps 1-28 of Securing the Candidates a New Role and Presenting the Client with a Match to their Role & Requirements.
