Main tasks include: Search and find all of licence's within the orginsation
Build a configuration licence databases
Help with contract management policies
- Undertake business analysis activities including the development and design of business processes, review functional specifications, review test specifications, define operational and implementation requirements.
- Elicit requirements using a range of methods including interviews, desktop research, document analysis, requirements workshops etc.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver documentation as needed.
** Please note: Selection Criteria (Below) Must be addressed and submitted with your cv by THURSDAY 22nd MARCH - Minimum 2 years practical business analysis /business process analysis experience.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering, analysing and manipulating complex data.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, development of policies, procedures, guidelines, communication material.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, and the ability to consult, negotiate and interact professionally with departmental staff, contractors and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work as part of a close knit team in a complex environment.
