The Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will be focussing on solution selling within the data warehousing⁄business intelligence space to tier 1 enterprise organisations. This role is 100% new business which means you will be responsible for identfying new opportunities and opening doors to develop new business. You will be contacting and working closely with key decision makers of organisations identifying their data warehousing needs and finding a solution. As this is a key role within our client's business you will deliver quality service to clients as well as achieving sales targets. You will be rewarded with: - Up to $140K to $150K base, OTE $300K per year

Selection Criteria: Due to the level of this role, only those who meet the client's criteria will be considered. You will have at least 5 years experience in high level solution selling of data warehousing, BI or large databases to tier 1 organisations. If you hold a formal qualification in solution selling that would be an advantage but not essential. A proven track record of achieving sales targets (eg $3 to $4 million in revenue per year) is a must as well as your ability to work with and present to key decision-makers.
