A fantastic opportunity exists to join one of the world's most prestigious organisations on an initial 3 month contract for an immediate start. Working in a small team, you will be responsible for providing 1st level technical customer support to the company's employees. Working alongside the Service Desk team, you will answer all queries, which will include issues with Microsoft Office, internal applications, as well as any hardware issues. Any issues you cannot resolve in a timely fashion will be escalated to the Service Desk team. To be successful in this role, you will need: - Tertiary qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good initiative
- Previous experience working within a corporate environment would be highly desirable
