Practice Lead - Siebel UCM & MDM TRS is currently looking to secure the services of a Practice Lead to grow the UCM capabilities of a Leading Oracle partner. This will be a true technical leadership role with many facets including Pre sales, consulting, development, stake holder and team management. They need one leader to bring together that team, and create the go to market and lead them to grow the practice. You will have the ability to determine the future of the UCM practice and grow with its success. The individual will report directly to the executive board and they will drive the relationship with Oracle and other potential customers. Internally, the role is responsible for building the practice capabilities through active participation in sales activities, development of sales collateral, selecting the right people to join the practice and participate in delivery to ensure project success.
