About our Client Our client, one of Australia's largest banking and financial services providers, is currently searching for an experienced Project Scheduler to join their team on a contract basis. Job Description As the Project Scheduler your day to day activities will include: - Provide assistance with planning, budgeting and reporting
- Monitor, analyse, report and update the project plan
- Discuss strategic project capability issues
- Take strategic guidance and discuss issues for resolution
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop and maintain project schedules across project streams
The Successful Applicant To be a success in this position you must possess the following: - 5 Years experience as a Project Scheduler
- Excellent attention to details
- Thorough understanding of Project Management and knowledge of methodologies
- Strong knowledge of 2 of the following: Excel / MS Projects / Primavera
- The ability to work with limited direction
- Banking and finance experience highly desirable
