A Global IT provider is currently in search of 3 x Pre-Sales/Solutions Architects for their Brisbane office. The successful candidates will be backed by a name that is well known globally, with an outstanding reputation for providing new and innovative technology. The successful candidates will be responsible for working through the reseller channel to design Enterprise level technical solutions.

Duties will involve:

• Consult with the customer to determine needs and requirements then design effective technical solutions.
• Acting as the point of contact for the customer relating to technical elements of the solution.
• Supporting the sales team in presenting technical solutions to prospective customers, both technical and non-technical.
• Providing support for resellers regarding the design of the solution and acting as a resource for resellers for end user presentations and sales.
• Engaging relevant vendors.
• Assist with the technical aspects of RFPs, RFTs, etc.

The following skills and experience is required:

• Previous experience in a Pre Sales/Solutions Architect position using a variety of vendor products.
• Ideally experienced within a Distributor or System Integrator.
• Current Vendor certifications.
• Ability to present and sell solutions to customers, both from a technical and non-technical perspective.
• Strong sales ability and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
