Large Financial Services institution is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team for a short-term contract.

Working on a large transformation program of work, the initial focus of the role will be to build and deliver training sessions and storyboards against the training strategy. These training sessions will be a mix of face-to-face sessions and self-paced E-learning. A review of the training plans will also be required.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications
• Experience in the design of a number of learning methods, including face-to-face delivery and self-paced E-learning
• A strong mentoring capability will also be required
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Financial Service experience, especially familiarity with the Privacy Act and associated legislation would be highly desirable
