Key Accountabilities:

• Process all Travel claims from lodgment to settlement
• Investigate and settle non-routine claims.
• Provide optimum levels of customer service by answering any questions professionally
• Provide quality follow through and excellence in service in all dealings with customers and client companies
• Ensure customers are contacted during each phase of the claim assessment process

Key Attributes:

• Previous Insurance Claims experience
• Any Tier 1/2 qualifications / accreditation's
• Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills
• Able to make decisions swiftly and put decisions into practical use.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
• Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and candor in daily work ethic
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Professional demeanor & team oriented
