Do you have a strong technical understanding of domestic claims? Are you not being recognized or appreciated in your current role?

Large insurance company in the West has increased its headcount of 4 new growth positions to handle end to end case management to alleviate the pressure on the busy team with all the storms currently in Vic/Qld. The company is going through rapid change which means there are genuine opportunities for promotion to a senior/assistant team leader and team leader down the track. The current team leaders are living examples of how this company promotes from within. The company is in a strong financial position where this area has been targeted as one needing the funds to make the positive changes happen, so there is not only a new positive manager of the area and increased growth headcount positions now, but planning for similar growth again to ensure the current staff aren't put under stress by an understaffed environment (especially with the weather affecting increased claim loads).

What you will need to land this job is at least 18 months home or motor or property claims experience and a positive attitude, with a great customer service ethic.
