We are looking for a Personal Liability Team Manager to manage and provide technical support to the liability team. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring business units. Excellent customer service and outstanding account management skills are paramount for this role.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Daily Management of workflow
- Coaching, training and mentoring staff to achieve staff KPIs
- Developing Sales opportunities and the current portfolio
- Action any escalated complex claims
- New Business presentations and assist with tenders
Required Experience
- Experience in the Public Liability Market
- Public Liability Experience in Property Damage and Personal Injury
- Excellent customer service skills
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the day to day management, leadership and technical support to the Liability team to ensure the delivery of a cost effective, professional and customer focused claims service, while developing staff, mitigating risks and implementing quality initiatives.
