You will be responsible for the end to end management of claims and all associated administration and you will also provide high-level customer service to claimants and ensure that correspondence is managed in a timely fashion.

To be successful in this role you will have previous end to end claims management experience along with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer centric focus. Strong property or commercial claims experience is a must as well as polished communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and internal departments.
