Supervising a team of claims administrators, this role plays an integral role in the success of the company. You will be utilising your communication, leadership, motivation, decision making and work flow management skills on a daily basis.
Dealing primarily through a broker network, this team is responsible for management of the commercial motor claims aspect of the business; registering new claims, negotiating claim settlements and completing investigations where necessary in line with company policy.
The key attributes of this person will be:-
- A broad understanding of insurance claims, preferably motor related
- Prior supervisory experience or at a senior level, ideally using skills such as; leadership, staff reviews, recruitment and retention, training and coaching
- An ability to build relationships with brokers and colleagues
Ideally we would like to employ an individual with a recognised Insurance (FSRA) qualification (Tier 2), however those who are willing to study are encouraged to apply.
