In this position you will be responsible for:

Providing production support to the Campaign Management System
Improving and implementing campaign management processes
Ensuring the smooth running of daily campaign schedule
Increasing the capability of the campaign management system
Testing
Assist in the build and testing of new campaigns in the Unica Campaign Management tool
Liaise with Marketing campaign managers to understand requirements
Writing queries
Solutions design
Documentation of new and existing processes

This is a position where you will gain invaluable skills and experience within a greater analytics and insights team. You will be involved in implementing and developing campaigns into the production environment whilst gaining experience in solution design. You will also be involved in working with marketing teams to improve the automation schedule. Ultimately, this is an opportunity to grow and further develop your skills within a complex and challenging environment.

To be successful in this position you should possess the following (please ensure the below experiences are clearly listed within your resume):

Solid UNIX skills and experience.
Shell scripting skills
DB2 & SQL experience and skills
Relational Database experience
Unica experience (desirable)
Insurance/Finance/Telecommunication experience (desirable)
IT degree qualified
