This is a fantastic opportunity to join an International Financial Services Organisation. We are looking for applicants with outstanding client service skills and ideally experience in Life Insurance or Superannuation. You will be able to display a professional and empathetic attitude, providing excellent customer service, product knowledge and re-establishing contact between the customer and adviser. The main contact is via inbound and outbound phone calls with both customers and their advisers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career with a reputable and international Insurance organisation. Work in a professional team environment with a structured ongoing training program.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previous experience in a client service/call centre role
- Sound experience within the Financial Services/Customer Service industries.
- DFP1/RG146 or equivalent is MANDATORY for this position
- Any previous Life Insurance or Financial Services experience
- Outstanding client service skill
- Intermediate computer skills
- Motivated attitude
