Our client is a leading Australian Bank and they are looking for candidates with Life Insurance knowledge or Superannuation experience to join their growing team. You will be working within the Central Claims Department and handling Death Claims and TPD. Your key responsibilities will be to review Life Insurance Claims, deliver excellent customer service, develop and maintain relationships and provide administration to the team. This role will suit an experienced Life Claims professional with a strong understanding of Death Claims and TPD.
To be successful you will have:- Previous Life Insurance or Superannuation experience
- Knowledge of Legislation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven problem solving skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
