Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this newly created and autonomous opportunity is designed to enhance the service offering to customers. Work with product, strategy and planning ensuring regulatory and statutory changes are implemented effectively throughout all communication and product lines.

Some of the main deliverables are:

• Research – this will include competitor analysis, legislative and product development and initiative as well as assist with strategic planning
• Written communication – produce white paper reports, business case development, opinion pieces and proposals.
• Project management – you will work on the product delivery cycle, ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is up to date and
• Stakeholder engagement – working across multiple business units, this high profile position will see you influencing all levels of management

To be successful in this position, your written communication skills will be outstanding, you will have extensive financial services experience (investments, insurance or superannuation).

You will also be passionate about establishing, facilitating and enhancing planning processes & systems to support the progressive achievement of the organisations standards. Ideally you will have worked in the product cycle before be commercially astute, balanced with the customer focused. Creative problem solving skills and relevant tertiary studies is also necessary.
