This leading financial services provider has grown

You will join a small dynamic claims team of 6 and be responsible for the processing of client claims. Specifically you will:
- Receive, process and settle client claims
- Receive and process excess payments
- Provide a high level of customer service, answer queries and provide advice in a timely manner
- Take responsibility for maintaining the integrity of client files and client documentation
- Comply with company and industry body policies and procedures
- Work as an integral member of the team achieve targets
Your experience with processing and managing the
claims process, together with your exceptional customer service and
communication skills will ensure your success in this role. Additionally
you will have a strong knowledge of the Northern Territory climate,
solid administration skills and time management skills. Experience in
property claims will be highly advantageous.
