You will be supporting two Partners and two Senior Associates, working alongside a senior Secretary. Your days will be busy and varied, with duties including: - Filling and archiving;
- Typing letters and correspondence;
- Dictaphone typing;
- Diary management;
- Making travel bookings;
- Billing;
- Answering telephones
- General administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have completed a legal secretarial diploma and have around 3-4 years secretarial experience. Experience working in a Law firm is ideal however other corporate areas will be considered. You must have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, good spelling and Word skills and accurate typing. If you describe yourself as a people person, a team player and have a keen eye for detail this may be the role you have been waiting for! This firm offer a fantastic working environment.
