Working in the Corporate Practice Group, you will be supporting a Partner, Senior Associate and Lawyers.
Your key responsibilities will include :-
* Diary management
* File and document management including open / close files
* Expenses, timesheet and monthly billing
* Co-ordinate meetings, seminars and events
* Travel arrangements
* Update client database
* Production of advices, reports, presentations and correspondence
* Track changes and mark up of legal documents
* Dicta-phone typing
To be guaranteed an interview with this employer of choice, you must :-
* Possess sound previous Legal Secretarial experience
* Be Advanced level MS Word, Intermediate MS PowerPoint and Basic MS Excel skills
* Have previous client billing and track changes & mark up experience
* Be professionally presented and spoken
* Be confident to liaise with people at all levels
* Have a strong attention to detail
