Your key responsibilities will include :-
* Diary management
* File and document management * Expenses, timesheet and monthly billing
* Co-ordinate meetings
* Travel arrangements
* Production of advices, reports, presentations and correspondence
* Track changes and mark up of legal documents * Dicta-phone typing
To be guaranteed an interview with this great employer, you must :-
* Possess previous secretarial experience (mid - top tier law firm will be an advantage)
* Previous legal billing & track changes / mark up experience
* Be Advanced MS Word and Intermediate MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
* Have confidence in dealing with people at all level and maintain strong working relationships
* Be professionally presented and spoken
* Have a typing speed 65wpm+ and dicta-phone skills
* Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and take pride in their work
