THE FIRM:

A leading national law firm in the CBD with a reputation for developing careers, is seeking a new member to join their Accounts Team.

THE ROLE:

The primary focus of the role is the operation and reconciliation of the Firm's bank accounts.  Also you will be required to act in a 'Helpdesk' capacity in relation to a wide variety of queries both external and internal.  Queries from end users may be in relation to accounts payable issues, disbursements, write offs etc. Therefore a broad knowledge of the function of the accounts team including Trust Account operation is required.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • You will possess the requisite 4-6 years  account experience gained within in a law firm. 
  • Confident working with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Willing to torublshoot on the Helpdesk as well as work as part of the accounts team 
  • Your CV will detail all accounting packages used to date.
