The Successful Applicant:

  • General commercial litigation experience gained from Mid-Top Tier Firm (2yrs + PAE)
  • Knowledge of the principal areas of law for a general commercial litigator including the Corporations Act
  • First grade experience in drafting court documents
  • Knowledge of relevant court rules
  • Some banking and finance experience desirable
  • Ability to work in conjunction with a highly skilled team
  • Skills to provide accurate and timely advice
