Located in the Western suburb of Sydney, our client is a specialist within industrial rotational equipment. They have excellent industry recognition and due to growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a Production Manager leading a team of 20 to 25 operators on the shop floor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading the team of machinists and fitters, production and manufacturing processes for all shifts. Your responsibilities will assist in preparation and executing, production plans and scheduling, maintaining constant communication with customer service, tooling technicians and engineers as well as clients. You will improve the production department, supply departments, managing CNC programmers and tooling engineers.
