This successful Australian organisation has a 40 year history in the manufacturing and distribution of leading-edge packaging products throughout the country. With four sites and over 200 staff, the business is strongly focused on growth and the continued development of its manufacturing function. The Group Operations Manager will lead the manufacturing and distribution operations for the entire group.

Reporting to the Managing Director with full responsibility for the entire operations function, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team tasked with achieving strong growth targets and driving the adoption of lean manufacturing methodology across the group. Working across multiple brands with a team of over 60 staff and 5 direct reports, you will be skilled at managing freight and manufacturing operations through effective engagement of people and a disciplined, structured approach. A background in mechanical engineering would be advantageous, but not essential. Degree qualifications will demonstrate your resilience and tenacity.
