Our client is a contemporary Australian Furniture distributor, located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are currently looking for a strong, fit and enthusiastic warehouse superstar with furniture repairs/manufacturing experience to join their friendly and supportive team.

Daily duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Loading of trucks for interstate and local shipping
• Furniture assembling
• Container Unloading
• Minor Furniture Repairs
• Local Deliveries
• Forklift Driving
• General Upkeep of Warehouse
• Order Picking
• Trade shows and preparation for these including, painting for displays.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• A current Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle
• A current Forklift licence
• Prior experience in Warehousing
• Prior experience in Furniture Repairs is ESSENTIAL!
• Experience in Container Unloading and Assembling
• A positive and flexible attitude
• The ability to lift heavy items on an ongoing basis
• Be a Team Player
• Enjoy a Challenge
• Interested in Career Progression

Normal operating hours will be Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30pm with paid overtime should you be required to work outside of these hours.
