A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned organisation in their Australian Head Office. Operational for over 45 years, this company offers an extensive product range to cover all areas of Fluid Technology.
Situated in their offices at Altona North, you will work within the small and friendly Logistics team, reporting directly to the Logistics Coordinator. Some of your duties will include; Updating purchasing information from suppliers' order confirmation, keeping shipping information up to date, entering freight charges, custom's information and suppliers' invoices into the system and advising the sales and warehouse team on the status of ordered goods.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within a purchasing or logistics environment, preferably using SAP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are imperative, as is your attention to detail and time management skills. You will be flexible and willing to support the purchasing team, and contribute to ongoing improvements in purchasing processes.
