Our client specialise in plastic injection moulding products, along with the supply of assembled products. An exceptional opportunity has arrived for a highly organised, experienced and passionate Factory Floor Supervisor to compliment thier growing team

The right candidate will have :

• Experience in either as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a plastics environment
• Strong record keeping skills
• Ability to understand multiple product lines
• Despatch experience along with liasing with Truck Drivers/Couriers
• Ability to multitask including experience tracking partially supplied parts and returns
• Ability to train and motivate casual process workers and packers
• Computer literacy - Excel skills are essential
• Good Housekeeping skills
• Knowledge of stock control and workflow

The Factory Floor Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all daily proceedings within the factory are completed safely and in a timely manner. Delegating to factory staff and leading the team successfully, dealing with a diverse calibre of people, via phone, and face to face.
