The Successful Applicant - A detailed understanding of credit card profitability drivers, customer behavior and end to end processes achieved by working within the credit card industry
- Strong Sales Management/Campaign Life Cycle Management Skills
- Ability to identify and rectify process deficiencies to improve cost management or customer experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent planning and financial management skills
- Preferred experience in cross-selling Insurance to banking products
