Job Description

  • Taking a structured approach which holistically encompasses customer value proposition and product profitability, the purpose of the Product Manager role will be to increase Cards Business revenue by increasing the cross sell/up sell of value added services to new and existing credit card customers.

The Successful Applicant

  • A detailed understanding of credit card profitability drivers, customer behavior and end to end processes achieved by working within the credit card industry
  • Strong Sales Management/Campaign Life Cycle Management Skills
  • Ability to identify and rectify process deficiencies to improve cost management or customer experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent planning and financial management skills
  • Preferred experience in cross-selling Insurance to banking products
