We have a once in a lifetime chance for an experienced PR / Communications Advisor to step into a senior role with a reputable mining company based in the Hunter Valley.

This highly unique opportunity will see you managing all aspects of media relations and communications surrounding a new mining exploration project, with an international business that puts great emphasis on solid cultural values and teamwork.

Reporting directly to the Head of External Affairs, you will be based out of a central office in Muswellbrook where you will oversee the preparation and delivery of key communication materials and activities for a range of business stakeholders.

As the successful candidate you will ideally possess the following:
• Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field
• Extensive knowledge in best practice public relations management.
• Previous experience in public relations and communications management in either mining, government or an industrial sector
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
