Join this well-known dynamic organisation within the Travel Industry based in inner city Melbourne as Customer Relations Analyst within their newly expanded and busy Customer Excellence Team. We are currently seeking numerous candidates for either 6 or 12 month contracts, with potential view to being extended, with the following start date: These positions will be working Full time hours, on rotating shifts between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm, on a roster of either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. The pay-rates for this position will be either $19.08 + Super per hour for shifts finishing before 7pm, and $21.94 + Super per hour for shifts finishing after 7pm plus Overtime on Weekend shifts, where you will accrue all leave entitlements. Your Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Compile written correspondence in response to customer enquiries and complaints
- Clarify, discuss and resolve complaints with customers over the phone
- Provide Quality Assurance assistance
You must have strong analytical and written skills, high level attention to detail and a flair for providing outstanding customer service. Having completed or currently studying for Tertiary qualifications in communications, professional writing, journalism or marketing will be highly regarded, as will previous exposure to compiling written correspondence and dealing with dispute resolution over the phone.
