This is a good opportunity for you to step into a leading exploration company with a huge focus on exploration in the next few years, as a Senior Exploration Geologist. In this role you will have the ability to put your years of experience in regional base metal exploration and combine them with new and exciting exploration methods, deep drilling programs as well as leading a team of enthusiastic professionals. In this role you will report to the Exploration Manager and you will be responsible for: - Planning, supervising and conducting exploration programs
- Defining, prioritising and testing new or existing exploration targets
- Coordinating daily geological activities
- Ensuring all environmental regulatory and safety requirements are adhered to
To be successful in this role you must be degree qualified. Have previous experience in either regional or near mine exploration in base metals. Experience in regional exploration in Queensland region will be highly desirable. Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $140K - 160K + benefits. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience |
