The Role As exploration manager you will primarily be responsible for development of the companys tenements into successful operational projects. In this strategic role within the resource development team you will direct the exploration programs and field personnel to achieve the departments objectives. Some key responsibilities include: * Strong leadership of the exploration team * Managing the companies tenements * Identifying opportunities for JVs * Planning and budgeting of exploration plans Ideally you will have: * Prior experience in a Exploration Manager role * Diligently be able to manage budgets * Relevant tertiary qualifications * Excellent communication and IT skills If successful in your application you will be very well remunerated (depending on level of experience) with great company benefits.
