Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage all aspects of the accounting, finance and payroll function for the Australasian region. Your major duties will include:
* Supervising and motivating the finance team;
* Managing the monthly close and reporting cycle;
* Preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly re-forecasts for all relevant entities;
* Managing tax compliance across the legal entities within the region;
* Managing cash flow;
* Managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors;
* Preparation of statutory financial statements;
* Ongoing review and development of processes to improve reporting and cost efficiencies across the department.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in your application you will be CA/ CPA qualified with proven experience working in a similar Financial Controller role. You will possess strong financial and management accounting skills with the ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
