The Company has sold its products in Australia for 15 years and is expanding its local team.
Reporting to the International Sales Manager and servicing the region, your
responsibilities will include:
The implementation of sales strategies to develop long term relationships with existing clients and source new business opportunities;
Developing a sales plan with a focus on revenue, market share and profit growth; and
Working closely with business partners to develop and educate retailers and farmers on the products' benefits.
The successful candidate will have:
An undergraduate degree in agriculture/horticulture and/or relevant work experience;
A proven track record in agricultural sales;
Key account management and business development experience;
Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and presentations;
Excellent interpersonal skills; and
The skill to drive sales whilst working autonomously.
