Our Client is a leader in crop protection and specialty chemicals. They are increasing their market share and for this reason they are looking to build on their sales team, throughout Australia. This position will be based in the Northern area of NSW, and will be servicing into QLD as well. There is no specific area that you will need to be based from as long as you are able to service the customers efficiently. They are after an autonomous, self motivated solution seller who is keen to hit the ground running and succeed in this dynamic market. Previous sales in seeds or crop protection will be needed and tertiary qualifications in agronomy will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will be building relationships with rural merchants, farmers, and other industry stakeholders, they will need to have strong communication and time management skills as well as a current drivers licence. This will be an autonomous role so you will be working from a home office, although there will be great support from the head office. A generous salary will be offered in addition to a fully maintained vehicle, phone, laptop and numerous incentive structures.
