Their research, production and marketing groups challenge conventions and create the next generation of ideas.

As demand for their existing inoculant products continue to expand, and with new products being developed, a new role has been created - Territory Sales Manager NNSW / Sth Qld. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, conducting product development trials, forming strong relationships with local distributors, achieving sales targets and growing market share of the business.

To be successful in this autonomous role you will ideally have:

• An agricultural degree in related field
• Sales experience
• Strong agronomic background
• Agricultural/biotechnology experience
• Excellent knowledge of distribution networks in the region
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound time management and computer skills
• Enthusiasm and self motivation
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory

Your high level sales skills will assist you in explaining the significant benefits and encouraging increased adoption of the exciting technology by the market. You may be currently working in the distribution network and are after a new sales challenge in technology based agronomy.
