Reporting to the Senior Winemaker your responsibilities will include monitoring laboratory results, maintaining blending, trial and project records for the winemakers, setting up tasting trials for blending or fining and other vintage duties including ferment monitoring, juice additions and trials.

This is an excellent opportunity for an up and coming Winemaker who is currently studying or has recently completed their Winemaking degree. Experience working in a winery environment, competent computer skills and good communication skills are required.
