Due to strong growth, there is now an immediate opening for an experienced Claims Specialist to join their team.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a superior level of customer service to our client base
• Assisting clients to reinstate their vehicle after an accident
• Determining liability involving motor vehicle accidents
• Management of claims, including repairer and assessor service standards

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Sound decision making and problem solving ability
• Analytical skills and attention to detail and a strong focus on accountability and results
• An emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage you time effectively
• Strong PC skills
