A fully experienced Residential Property Manager is sought to join this professional team. This role is available due to growth and will involve the person initially managing a small portfolio of around 100 properties taking on all of their new business which is currently in abundance.

The team is well supported with two administration staff, a new business manager, an accounts manager and a passionate Department Manager.

Your package is negotiable to $70KP plus incentives based on achievable monthly KPIs, as well as any new business you refer (although no pressure to list) and includes a car and phone.
