PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED!!! Our client is one of the largest networks of real estate professionals in Australia. They think global, but act local when it comes to selling and renting properties, and no one knows their local market better. We are looking for a property manager to join our client's Blackwater, Central QLD team. If you would like to work with an outstanding team, who offers the best systems and resources to their people, as well as enjoying an outstanding reputation, this may be the role for you! The role involves dealing with clients, both property owners who are renting and buyers/sellers of homes. The property manager must also be able to resolve maintenance issues, settle disputes, assist in the implementation of procedures and policies, meet reasonable KPI's, and ensure relevant legislation is acted upon. The successful applicant would not have to deal with rent arrears, court matters, or end of month accounts. The successful applicant will: - Have a Real Estate Registration Certificate;
- Be very computer-literate, have good all-round skills;
- Be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills;
- Be able to demonstrate follow-up skills, and work in an environment which is sometimes high pressure;
- Experience is preferred, but training can be supplied to the right applicant
