Our client is seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least 2 years Property Management experience with a focus on delivering high level customer service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement)
- 2 years Property Management experience
- Drivers licence
Duties include:
- Managing clean portfolio of 180 Properties
- Liaising with tenants/landlords
- Attending VCAT when required
- Organising repairs & maintenance
- Providing first class customer service
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
- An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
- Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
- Professional presented
- Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Passionate about property management with a good sense of humour
Reporting to the department head you will have full Administration & Leasing support to allow you to focus on managing your Portfolio.
