• Managing a portfolio of Southbank apartments over two buildings - 3 minutes walk from the office
• Handling repairs and maintenance
• Open for inspections
• Rent arrears
The successful candidate will have:
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Property Management experience
• A commitment to delivering high level customer service
• Corporate presentation
• Embrace modern systems & procedures
Eligibility Criteria
• A current Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement)
• Reliable car
• Drivers licence

You will be an experienced Property Manager with at least 12 months experience managing a Portfolio. You will be looking for the next challenge in your career and come with a solid track record in exceptional customer care. You will be polished, articulate, strong communication skills and a forward thinker. You have your own car, valid driver's license and a current Agents Representative Certificate. Experience with MacPro would be advantageous.
You will be a friendly person with a strong customer service focus and who can work within a large, friendly team.
