• Handling repairs and maintenance
• Open for inspections

The successful candidate will have: 
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Property Management experience
A commitment to delivering high level customer service 
Corporate presentation 
Embrace modern systems & procedures 

Eligibility Criteria
A current Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement) 
Reliable car 
Drivers licence

You will be an experienced Property Manager with at least 12 months experience managing a Portfolio. You will be looking for the next challenge in your career and come with a solid track record in exceptional customer care. You will be polished, articulate, strong communication skills and a forward thinker. You have your own car, valid driver's license and a current Agents Representative Certificate. Experience with MacPro would be advantageous. 
 
You will be a friendly person with a strong customer service focus and who can work within a large, friendly team.
