We have a unique opening for a highly self motivated, fashion forward Store Manager for the Toowoomba location.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria

• Previous experience within retail management
• Fashion experience will be highly sought after, as well as a passion for the fashion industry and catwalk trends
• A strong consultative style sales approach with a proven track record in exceeding company sales expectations and achieving KPI's
• A keen eye for colour, style and visual merchandising
• A proven ability to build strong customer relationships and a love of styling your clientele
• The ability to lead and inspire your team, continuing to reinvent their passion
• A positive and tenacious attitude and a desire to make a career in the retail fashion industry
• An ability and motivation to run the business as your own and the drive to succeed
