We are looking for a personable, transparent Senior Manager to take over an ACT site. Someone with charisma and drive to excel in all areas of the business.
To be successful in this role, you need to have experience & proof of the following:
- At least 10 years large format Store Management experience. This means you have directly managed a team of at least 60, and have had responsibilities in the operations of an entire site.
- Direct responsibilities of stock control, ordering, precise budget control, high volume and high turnover.
- Clear, concise communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks in a timely, and organised manner.
- Delivering sales reports, staff progression and performance reports.
- Training and development techniques to match a large volume site.
