Our client is searching for an experienced retail Store Manager to join the team in a new store at Modbury.  This is a brand we all know and the are on the move.

To be the successful applicant you will need a proven record and experience in managing a business of a similar size.

• As Store Manager you will be a leader with a hands on approach
• Provide a high level of customer service and motivate your team to do the same
• Train and develop your team members and identify those who show the determination and commitment to step up through the ranks.
• Manage the store productivity and efficiently to increase sales and exceed budgets
• Time management is a key strength and you have an eye for detail
• Generate sales reports, analyse sales figures to maximise profitability
• Have strong merchandising skills and give clear direction to the team to get the job done right the first time
• Lead, develop, coach and motivate your team to ensure a positive work place
• Clear administration skill, reporting systems and analyse daily/weekly and monthly sales results
• Identify areas for improvement and be proactive to achieve results
• Be up to date on all OH&S standards and implement store safety.
